Tigaki beach Kos

Tigaki Beach is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches on the island of Kos, with its strip of sand that stretches over 10 km with crystal clear, shallow waters. The environment around the beach is enhanced by the natural contours of the bay and the well-kept lawns and flower beds along the beach front. Lately, however, there has been more development of services with hotels, furnished apartments, travel agencies, shops, bars, taverns and cafes as well as water sports centres, renting out umbrellas, sun beds as well as equipment for various aquatic sports. This, to some extent, has made Tigaki more crowded and noisy than beaches nearby.
